Redefining the ‘mall’ shopping experience in Gurgaon, amidst the many emerging malls, Panorama is conceived as a picturesque arena for leisure that provides the visitor with more than just a luxury shopping experience. In the rapidly urbanizing NCR, with upcoming commercial accomplishments, on a daily basis, Panorama sets apart its unique and distinct character by being an integral social and leisure hub with its retail, entertainment and hospitality facilities.
Form development based on program and sun path
An entry designed to engage with a curated retail experience.
Conceived as a landmark with an inimitable architectural character and an exclusive façade, Panorama is identifiable from a distance, and is hard to miss on approach. An appropriate blend of retail and serviced apartments, the site is accessed from Sohna Road in suburban NCR. The built volumes follow a simple schema of two separate buildings (resulting from separate ownerships of the project proponents) coming together at the main drop-off portico.
