team3 has been involved in critical commissions, including institutional design for Seth M.R. Jaipuria School, a healthcare facility for CK Birla Hospital, and commercial projects for Ansal and Tulip Infratech. team3 has also contributed to large-scale developments, including the award-winning housing development Dream City NXT for AIPL, Casagrand, Ansal Housing, among others. Other commissions include mixed-use developments for Advance India Projects Ltd, Ambuja and others. Notable projects in the hospitality sector include work for Ritz Carlton, Delhi and The Soaltee Hotel, Kathmandu.
